On the other side of the river Maas

Years ago, I made a panoramic image with my digital camera of this view of Eijsden, on the other bank (Belgium side) of the river Maas. I am sure a lot of people have taken an image of this view. It is always interesting to revisit a location.

This time, the lighting conditions were challenging to create a decent image on film.

Some nice people were interested in my “old way” of taking photographs. Waiting for the ferry we had a short chat, and they were also happy to be subjects in the photograph. ….

Both pictures were shot with my 4×5 camera on Fomapan 200 using the Nikkor W 150mm lens.
