Update website and ongoing photography

I made the switch to another hosting company for my website. I also made some updates to the structure and content of the site. In the footer of each page, I created the option to subscribe. Subscribers will be automatically informed of any news and or future updates.

May and also the start of June this year did not give a lot of opportunities to go out and about with the large format camera. Mainly, a lot of sun and wind made it really difficult.

The featured photograph in this post is a result of my second attempt to shoot this composition with my 4x5 camera. In the first attempt, there was no definition (clouds) in the sky. The last time, however, there was harsh light. The real challenge for this composition are the hours you may visit the American cemetery in Margraten. Furthermore, it is a waiting game to shoot this composition without visitors becoming unintentionally subjects in this composition.

The photograph is shot on Fomapan 200 4x5 sheetfilm and developed in 510Pyro (1+100).
